We want you to feel magical in your new look, but if you aren't 100% satisfied, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, lashes and makeup brushes must remain in their original sealed packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Place your unused items back into their original holographic packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our magic team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
